How long does delivery take in Singapore?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Subscribers receive priority fulfilment and free delivery. Shopee orders follow Shopee's standard delivery timeline (typically 1–3 days with SingPost or Ninja Van).
Can I return or exchange a product?
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products. Damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders are replaced at no cost. Contact us via the Order Support tab above with your order number.
